The core of an automatic popcorn vending machine is "made-to-order." It typically integrates multiple modules such as material storage, heating and popping, seasoning mixing, and automatic cup dispensing, automating the entire process from kernel to finished product after the customer pays.

*The kernels are first popped in a "popcorn generator" using hot air. The flavorless popcorn is then blown into a cup below, where syrup and other toppings are added and mixed directly. This method effectively reduces cleaning and prevents flavor mixing.

Standard Operating Procedures

The consumption process of these machines is highly standardized, aiming for unattended operation. The following are typical operating steps:

1. Selection and Payment

* The customer selects flavor and size via the machine's touchscreen.

* Payment can be made using various methods such as QR code scanning, coins, or bank cards.

2. Start Production

* After successful payment, the machine automatically begins operation.

* An internal mechanism (such as a cup dispenser) will first dispense an empty cup and transport it to the designated location.

3. Popping and Processing

• A measured quantity of popcorn kernels is added to a heating device (such as a boiler or hot air generator) and pops.

• The popcorn is then fed into a mixing zone or falls directly into a cup, where sugar, butter, or other seasonings are automatically added.

4. Cooling and Dispensing

• After popping, some models use cold air to cool the popcorn, improving its crispness and preventing burns.

• Finally, the finished cup is pushed to the dispensing slot for the customer to collect.
