Warranty and Return Policy of WM Machinery

Warranty

All WM Machines will pass strict inspection before shipping,Zhengzhou Wenming Machinery Co.,Ltd will offer lifetime technical support.

WM Machinery products are professionally crafted tools and designed to stand the rigors of a commercial or industrial use. As such, changes in appearance, wear and tear from use, and normal consequences of use are not covered under our warranty policy.

All WM Machinery products are covered for any manufacturer’s defects. Damage occurring from improper use or storage, accidental damage, or otherwise a result of a failure to follow care instructions described in product care inserts and care guides are not covered under warranty.

Machine Main Body

All WM Machinery’s machines have a two years warranty that covers defects that impact use or longevity.  For food processing machines, all the machine body, product contact parts are made of food grade material，such as stainless steel,food grade silicone etc.  

Changes in appearance, damage, or staining that is a result of normal wear and tear, man-made damage or impact,are not covered under our manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Spare Parts

During the warranty period any spare part broken we can offer for free（when shipping,we will offer spare parts which can use for more than two years with our machines.）

 

Limitations:

WM Machinery’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. WM Machinery shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will WM Machinery’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Zhengzhou Wenming Machinery Co,.Ltd (“WM Machinery”) warrants to the consumer or the entity who or which is the initial purchaser or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient of this WM Machinery product (“you” or “your”) that such product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions (as described) for your lifetime (the “Coverage Period”). Warranty: This Warranty covers: (a) all parts of this product (except as noted above) and (b) defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and conditions in the People's Republic of China. For purposes of this Warranty, “normal use and conditions” means use and conditions that (i) are in connection with appropriate purposes as intended by WM Machinery and (ii) are not described in whole or part in the exclusions outlined in the next part of this Warranty.

Exclusions:

WM Machinery products are professionally crafted machine tools according to your need, but are not indestructible, so each of the following is excluded from this Warranty: (1) Injuries and damage  caused by or resulting from in whole or part any or all of the following: modification(s) not authorized by WM Machinery, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God (including without limitation fire, tornados, hurricanes or earthquakes), accident, inappropriate use (including without limitation hitting the machine surface, handling materials that are not within the agreed range and Connecting the wrong voltage).

 

 

  

Returns

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email info@wmmachinery.com or wm01@wmmachinery.com to initiate a return.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date the machine arrive your country. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. And for machines usually are with big packing size and weight,when do returns, refund will minus the delivery cost, kindly understand it.

We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request latest within 10 working days. Refunds will go back the same way you paid.
