1.Product introduction of Home Automatic Egg Incubator:
The working principle of the incubator mainly involves providing suitable environmental conditions for biological embryos or microorganisms to promote their development or growth.
The following are the core principles and key elements of common biological incubators (such as poultry egg incubators)
1. Temperature control
Core role: Embryonic development requires a stable temperature (such as chicken eggs usually require 37.5-37.8℃).
Implementation method:
The heating element (electric heating wire) and the temperature sensor cooperate to maintain a stable temperature through a constant temperature control system (such as a PID controller).
2. Humidity regulation
Core role:
Prevent excessive evaporation of water in the egg (too low humidity will cause embryo dehydration).
Higher humidity is required in the shell-breaking stage (such as 65%-70% humidity in the later stage of chicken eggs) to soften the eggshell.
Implementation method:
- Increase humidity through evaporation of a humidifier or water tray, and the humidity sensor monitors and adjusts in real time. 3. Ventilation
Core role:
- Provide oxygen, discharge carbon dioxide and metabolic waste gas.
Prevent excessive microbial growth and contamination.
Implementation method:
Fans or air holes are designed to achieve air circulation, and some high-end incubators are equipped with CO₂ sensors to optimize ventilation frequency.
Application scenarios
Poultry hatching: chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry.
Special breeding: ostriches, peacocks, reptiles (such as turtles and snakes).
Microbial culture: The incubator for bacterial and cell culture in the laboratory also belongs to the category of incubators.
By precisely controlling environmental parameters, the incubator efficiently simulates natural conditions and significantly improves the survival rate of embryos or the success rate of microbial culture.
