1.Ultrasonic Label Cutting Machine introduction:
An Ultrasonic label cutting machine is a precision industrial device that uses high-frequency vibrations to cleanly cut and seal synthetic materials, such as woven labels, adhesive patches, and technical textiles.
How it Works:
The machine features a cutting blade or anvil that vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency (20,000-40,000 times per second). This vibration generates localized heat through friction at the point of contact with the material. The combination of pressure and heat instantly melts through the synthetic fibers, creating a precise cut.
Key Advantages:
Perfectly Sealed Edges: Simultaneously cuts and heat-seals the edge, preventing fraying and unraveling of materials like polyester, nylon, and other thermoplastics. This is its most critical function for labels.
Clean, Precise Cuts: Excels at producing intricate shapes and sharp details with a smooth, finished edge.
Non-Contact Process : Some systems use a ultrasonic horn close to the material, minimizing wear on tools.
