1.Vacuum Pack Sealer introduction:
This Vacuum Pack Sealer Machine is suitable for food industry products, spices, dried fruit, food, bean products, chemical products, medicine and other granular, powder, liquid goods vacuum packaging, can prevent product oxidation mildew, corruption, moisture proof, prolong the storage life of the product.The machines in this series can be used to pack various products, such as puffed food, fried food, native products, aquatic products, medicines, chemical materials and so on. It also can be used to pack solid powder and pasty materials. Various plastic bags and silver-paper bags can be used as its packing materials.
Features;
- The machine has a vacuum suction, a complete sealing printing, vacuum degree by the time set to switch adjust potentiometer, sealing temperature with five levels, the discretion of the heating voltage transformer to achieve different sealing temperature, heat sealing adopts digital display time relay to control the time, the machine adopts convenient to change, printing clear print product labels.
- The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel. The upper and lower working chambers are all made of stainless steel. The structure is reasonable, the air tightness is good, the appearance is durable, and it meets the requirements of food hygiene and anti-corrosion. Equipped with a set of heat-pressing sealing devices and a balanced structure, it can stay in any position and has buffer protection. The double chamber Vacuum Packaging machine has two vacuum chambers that work in turn. Can do more faster by saving time.
- Shell is made of stainless steel, touch control panel using pattern new button
- Only need to press the vacuum cover at work, namely by the program automatically complete the whole process of vacuum packaging.
