  1. High Automation & Efficiency
The automatic cherry pitter features high automation. Equipped with a mold conveyor belt for automatic feeding and core-punching, it only requires pouring cherries into the hopper to complete pit-flesh separation. It can work continuously without interruption, completely solving the problems of low efficiency, high labor cost and time consumption of manual pitting.

The machine structure is welded with 304 stainless steel thick-walled square tubes and channel steels, which enhances stability during operation. All parts are assembled with bolts, making operation and maintenance more convenient and efficient.

High-quality 304 stainless steel is adopted for the machine, fully complying with the hygiene standards for food processing equipment. The conveyor belt is wear-resistant, tensile and tear-resistant, ensuring a longer service life.

The pitter is easy to operate and does not require long-term supervision—one person can manage multiple machines at the same time. The transmission system adopts advanced design concepts and standardized components, and the core-punching principle follows machine tool technology. Each machine meets the highest design standards with high precision, achieving a 100% pitting rate while keeping the cherries in their original shape.
2. Working Principle Overview
The storage hopper is directly connected to the conveyor belt. First, select the template according to the shape and diameter of the cherries, then pour the cherries into the storage hopper to realize automatic feeding and conveying. After falling onto the conveyor belt, the cherries automatically enter the template holes; excess cherries are brushed into other holes by a brush, ensuring a feeding efficiency of over 95% and greatly improving work efficiency.
The positioned cherries are further conveyed forward, and during the conveying process, core-punching is completed using machine tool technology. The pits fall into the pit-discharging dustpan and flow out automatically for centralized collection. The pitted cherries are then conveyed to the next stage for automatic fruit-dropping via water flushing, ensuring the discharged cherries remain in their original shape. Finally, the cherries fall into the dustpan and flow out automatically for collection, achieving complete separation of cherries and pits.
