1.Introduction of Riveting Machine:   

Product Introduction: 

The variable automatic rivet pulling machine is composed of a main machine (automatic arrangement and feeding device) and a rivet gun assembly. The working principle is that the vibration device automatically arranges and separates the rivets neatly, and uses compressed air as a power to automatically transport the rivets to the rivet gun nozzle through a pipeline. The variable automatic rivet pulling machine can upgrade traditional manual rivet pulling operations to automated operations. The combination of a robotic arm can achieve unmanned operation and double the work efficiency.

Nail gun:

1. Be careful to handle the rivet gun with care, and do not place it randomly to avoid damaging important parts such as the cylinder.

2. When installing, install it according to the operating sequence, and insert the air pipe, nail feeding pipe, and induction line one by one

for the normal use of the gun.

3. The rivet gun must be oiled and maintained after using it for a period of time to ensure the long-term use of the gun.

Riveting Machine:

1. Standard configuration: rated voltage: 220V/working air pressure: 5-6kg/rated air pressure: 2-3kg.

2. When working, ensure that the work surface is flat.

3. When connecting the induction line, the machine must be turned off, and be careful not to operate it with power on.

4. When the machine is running, lock the foot brake to prevent the machine from moving easily and affecting the production progress.
