1.Egg Cracker Machine Product introduction: 

This Egg Cracker machine is design for breaking the eggs, and separating egg liquid from egg shell; So it also called Egg Breadking Machine, meanwhile, it crush the egg shell and get the proper egg liquid and crushed egg peels. It can break the whole egg, separate egg shell and egg liquid automatically.

Egg Breaking Machine features:       

It adopt special centrifugal mechanism design, all parts are made of 304 stainless steel，humanized design, convenient to dismounting, clean;

Filter screen adopt slotted screen structure. Compared with flat screen, it is not easy to damage egg liquids; with better filtering effect, no shell granular impurities left in egg liquid;

The vertical packing auger lift egg shell automatically, sent out off machine when passing discharge outlet. There is only 1% egg liquid left in egg shell by this way, improve the egg liquid collecting rate greatly; meanwhile the egg shell are crushed then discharged from the other side;

This Egg Breaking machine is with large capacity, can process 15000-20000 pieces fresh eggs per hour;
