1.Product introduction of Double Layer Pasteurization Cooling Machine:
The process flow of pasteurization line: sterilization-cooling-vibration-draining-drying, suitable for low-temperature continuous sterilization and cooling of soft-packaged pickles, rice noodles, rice cakes, snack foods, canned foods, seasoning packets, fruit juice drinks and jellies.
The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. The temperature and speed can be set according to the process requirements. The machine runs smoothly. The stainless steel mesh belt has high strength, low elasticity, is not easy to deform, and is easy to maintain, which greatly improves the success rate of sterilization.
The mesh belt uses mesh or chain plate. According to the characteristics of the product, a double-layer mesh belt can be selected for more thorough sterilization. The heating method is steam or electric heating to meet the different needs of customers.
