Customer requirement：Fist double 50ml connected per unite. Then 5*unite in one big packed in aluminium foil bag
1. for small bags sizes are (L)- 142mm, (W)- 60mm and its volume is 50ml. Easy-tear function on the sachet
2.Big bags, suitable for 10toally small pouch bag, 5*2. The final package will have 500ml
1.Product introduction of Emergency Liferaft Drinking Water Packing System :
First the packing of the small pouch water packing
It is suitable for automatic packaging of liquid materials in food, medicine, and chemical products, such as water, sauce, vinegar, etc.
Similar like in the video, change the packing width big, Do the width 142mm height 60mm, then connect bag, 2 bags, cutting one time to get the final products like this:
Then use horizontal packing machine to pack the 5unites into big bag.
Main advantages: Servo system control reduces mechanical cams, and this function is completed by servo electronic cams. The mechanical structure is simple, the operation is stable, and the noise is smaller.
1. Power: Three-servo control drive. Horizontal sealing, vertical sealing and feeding are all controlled by independent motors.
2. Mechanical mechanism: directly driven by electric motor.
3. Adjustment of the speed of the horizontal sealing cutter: no adjustment is required, and the motion controller is used to automatically track and synchronize.
4. Material position adjustment: just input the number on the touch screen to adjust.
5. Anti-cutting function: When material cutting occurs, the cutting knife will stop working, and the feeding and longitudinal sealing will continue to work. When there is no material cutting, the packaging machine will automatically work normally.
6. Anti-empty bag function: when there is an empty bag in the feeding, the vertical and horizontal sealing will suspend the work, and continue to work when there is material.
7. Changing the length of material packaging: It is easy to operate when changing the length of material. Just enter the relative parameters on the touch screen.
8. Program function: It can save the parameter equipment of array packaging products, and it can be directly switched to normal production without readjusting the machine

9. Requirements for operators: Intelligent human parameter setting, familiar with and able to master the use in a short time.
