1.Introduction of Jujube Kernel Peeling Shelling Machine:
The Jujube Cracking Production Line including jujube cleaning machine, jujube cracking machine, rotary screen and flow screen.
1.Jujube cleaning machine: This machine contains a 15kw motor and mainly used to wash jujubes, Which can save water, electricity, and labor, high efficiency, suitable for large processing plants and batch production.
2.Jujube cracking machine: This machine includes a single grinding frame, a conical mill, a motor, 3 sieve bottoms, a grinding bucket and a grinding cover, a belt, and a motor wheel.Cracking the jujube pit into the jujube kernel and the jujube shell.
3.Rotary screen: Separate the jujube shell and jujube kernel, 1-3 tons of jujube kernels in 10 hours. Low noise, high efficiency, simple operation, easy to move, stable operation, simple structure.
4.Flow screen: Mainly used for grading the size of jujube kernels, improving production efficiency and saving labor.
