1.Introduction of Tobacco Pouch Packing Machine:
1. Measuring cup blowing filling system:
The high-precision measuring cup blowing filling device refined by CNC has high precision and strong versatility. It is suitable for oral tobacco, snuff, lip tobacco materials, etc. Each column is sealed by ultrasound and has basic functions such as stirring and automatic feeding.
2. Forming device:
It is made of CNC aluminum parts and has high forming stability. It can meet the requirements of four-side sealing packaging and back sealing packaging.
3. Longitudinal sealing device:
The longitudinal sealing device is controlled by AI bus type temperature module, with accurate temperature control, and seals the back of the packaged product to ensure sealing.
4. Film supply device:
The automatic deviation correction film frame can automatically or manually correct the film frame to make the packaging film stable during the bag making process.
5. Ribbon coding machine:
Clear printing-using thermal printing ribbon, the printed words are not dry, and the adhesion is strong.
6. Horizontal sealing device:
Use ultrasound to seal the packaged product to ensure sealing.
7. Touch screen in 12 languages:
Human-machine interface, through the intelligent system to control the whole machine parameter adjustment and machine operation, parameter adjustment is more convenient.
