1.Product introduction of Hydraulic Oil Tester: 

The WM-STC99 particle detector is designed and designed in a system in hydraulic, lubrication, transmission and other systems. At the same time, water saturation (RH) and oil temperature (℃) can be monitored at the same time. This device can use any international standard format for operation, such as ISO4406: 1999, NAS1638, AS4059E and ISO11218.

Working principle: Make a specially calibrated high -precision LED light source passed through the fluid to an optoelectronic diode. When the particles pass through the light, the number of light accepted by the diodes will be blocked. The size and quantity of particles can be introduced through this condition.

3.1 Panel introduction

• Display

This display shows test results, including the current cleanliness level, as well as moisture content and temperature.

• Printer door open key

The printer door key is used to replace the printing paper (57×35mm thermal printing paper).

• SEL indicator

The SEL indicator is the printer fault light (may be out of paper)。

• LF indicator

The LF indicator is the printer running indicator.

• Power

The "Power" button is the power-on button of the detector.

• Detect

The "Detect" button is the automatic detection button of the detector。

• Print

The "Print" button is the button for the tester to print the test results.

3.2 Introduction of oil inlet and outlet

• Oil Inlet

The oil inlet is the interface where the system oil enters the detector, and the thread is M16*2

• Oil outlet

The oil outlet is the interface that flows through the detector and returns to the system, and the thread is M16*2。 

Note: The oil inlet and outlet should not be reversed, otherwise the detector will be damaged;

The pressure of the oil inlet should not be greater than 400bar, otherwise the detector will be damaged.
