1. Toothpick Packing Machine Product introduction:
This Toothpick packing machine is developing for packing toothpicks. It has functions such as double-sided two-color printing, automatic counting, drying, and intelligent constant temperature control system. It can be packaged with single-pointed or double-pointed toothpicks. by changing some part, multifunctional packing a variety of materials such as Chopstick, Tongue etc.
The Toothpick packing machine is frequency-controlled and can be double-colored on one side or both sides, with clear and bright colors. It adopts flexible plate making, water-based ink printing, and prints, feeds, seals, and produces toothpicks in finished paper packaging. The machine can be used for both paper packaging and plastic film packaging.
Toothpick Machine Main features:
- The bag making system adopts stepper motor subdivision technology, the error is less than 1 mm;
- The controller adopts LCD character display; intuitive and convenient, the operation is clear at a glance, convenient for bag length adjustment, counting, and automatic alarm without paper.
- Four-way heating control of the heat sealer, the temperature of each sealing channel on both sides can be adjusted separately; the heat balance is good, and it is suitable for a variety of packaging materials; at the same time, the heating speed is fast and the heating time is shortened.
- Intelligent photoelectric color mark positioning control system; side-opening protective baffle with good visibility, safe operation.
- The feeding system adopts rotary 12-station 20mm stainless steel turntable, manual feeding, automatic mechanical opening and closing feeding, convenient feeding and no jamming, convenient for a variety of different-sex dental floss, toothpicks or similar plastic products, toys, etc.
- Fast packaging. In actual operation, the actual speed can reach 600-1000 pcs per minute.
- The special setting stop function ensures that the heat sealer and the cutter are in the open position when the machine is stopped in any state, so as to avoid scalding the packaging materials and the heat sealer.
