1.Product Introduction of Batch Concrete Truck:
A Batch Concrete Truck, also called self-loading concrete mixer truck, is a multifunctional construction machine that integrates loading, weighing, mixing, and discharge into one unit. It is equipped with a front loading bucket that can automatically collect aggregates such as sand, gravel, and cement, eliminating the need for additional loading equipment. With wheels equipped, it moves freely at the site. This type of machine is widely used in projects where mobility, efficiency, and independence are essential.
The Batch Concrete Truck operates by using a hydraulic loading bucket to scoop raw materials into the mixing drum. The weighing system ensures accurate proportioning, while water is added automatically through a controlled system. The rotating drum mixes the materials evenly and then discharge concrete in multiple directions. In general, it can mix 4 batches within one hour.
The Batch Concrete Truck is a combination of traditional equipment: a concrete mixer + a loader + a transport truck. It mixes and pours concrete on site, greatly improving working efficiency.
