High Performance Electric Stacker Pallet Stacker for Material Handling
1.Product Introduction of Electric Stacker:
The Electric Stacker is a compact and efficient material handling solution designed for pallet lifting, stacking, loading, and short-distance transportation in warehouses, workshops, distribution centers, and other indoor working environments.
We have three types for you to choose: the walkie type, the stand-on type and the double-Lift stand-on type.
The walkie version is designed for operators who walk behind the machine during operation. Its compact structure and flexible steering make it suitable for warehouses and working areas where space is limited.
The stand-on version is equipped with a standing platform, allowing the operator to ride on the machine during transportation.
The double-Lift stand-on version features a dual lifting system that allows both the forks and the support legs to be lifted, making it easier to travel over ramps, speed bumps, small steps, and other ground obstacles. It is also equipped with an anti-roll-back function, helping prevent unintended backward movement when operating on slopes or stopping on inclined surfaces.
The forks can be customized according to the materials to be handled, such as clamps, rotating clamps, guardrails, magnetic forks, scissor forks, extended forks, widened forks, and flat platforms.
Other options can also be added according to the customer's requirements, such as hydraulic side supports, a widened body, an integrated weighing system, arm guards, warning lights, and more.
