1.Fully Automatic Planetary Frying Pan Product introduction:
1. Application and Features
The planetary stir-frying wok is suitable for stirring, heating, cooking, frying, baking, and processing of various high viscosity materials. It can be used in jam, coconut paste, red bean paste, fruit puree, preserved fruit, jujube paste, meat products, ready meals, seasoning products, candy, vegetable and corn processing, as well as for restaurants and fast food processing.
2. Working Principle
The working principle of the planetary stir-frying wok (gas-fired) is to use gas fuels like natural gas as the heat source. During operation, materials are fed into the wok from the inlet. The gas stove jacketed at the bottom of the wok body directly heats the inner wok, rapidly increasing the temperature of the materials in a short time to achieve heating. It has features of high thermal efficiency, automatic temperature control, and adjustable heating power levels. The wok body is made of thick 304 stainless steel plate formed by molding. It is equipped with heat preservation device for better energy savings and thermal efficiency over 70%. The planetary stirrer enables full contact between the stirring paddles and wok body for uniform mixing without dead zones. It uses circuit control for more convenient operation and reduced labor intensity. The features of easy operation, high working efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, compact structure and convenient maintenance make it an excellent stirring machine.
