1.Introduction of Zinc Alloy Casting Machine:
Automatic Centrifugal Casting Machine Suitable for casting zinc alloys, lead-tin alloys, zinc-magnesium alloys (second generation), and other jewelry and craft items, such as belt buckles, hair clips, and other crafts.
This equipment consists of a melting furnace and a centrifugal casting machine, occupying a small area and saving factory space. The machine's speed and rotation direction can be adjusted via buttons, furnace temperature and timed start-up can be controlled, and feeding time and quantity can be controlled, making operation simple. This model has undergone years of research and improvement: the motor has been fully upgraded for a more stable production process; the machine body has been reinforced with high-strength metal materials, making parts less prone to damage and durable; the furnace heating element has been upgraded for higher efficiency and easier operation, significantly saving labor costs.
Suitable for producing jewelry and handicrafts made of lead-tin alloy, zinc alloy and other materials.
1. Automatic centrifuge: lt integrates the melting furnace and the centrifuge, and can be adjusted steplessly in the range of 50-1400rpm in the unit of 10rpm
2.Centrifuge available mold diameter range 8-14inch,mold thickness 0-100mm
3.Used for centrifugal casting of jewelry crafts such as zinc alloy, lead-tin alloy, zinc-magnesium alloy, etc.,turning manual to automatic, melting furnace and centrifugal integrated machine.
