I. Core Functions and Workflow:
The production line features a modular design with seamless integration between each stage, ensuring simple operation and convenient maintenance. The complete workflow is as follows:
1. Wrapper Making Stage: Equipped with a dedicated spring roll wrapper forming machine, this unit allows for the precise adjustment of wrapper thickness (0.1–0.3 mm) and diameter (15–25 cm) according to specific requirements. Utilizing constant-temperature heating and uniform-speed forming technologies, it produces wrappers that are thin yet durable—resilient and tear-resistant—with a delicate texture. The system is compatible with various wrapper ingredient formulations (such as wheat flour, rice flour, etc.).
2. Filling Stage: Features a precision filling injection system that allows for the flexible adjustment of filling volume (10–50 g per roll). It accommodates a wide variety of spring roll fillings—including vegetable, meat, and vegetarian options—ensuring uniform filling distribution without spillage. This prevents filling waste while guaranteeing a consistent filling-to-wrapper ratio in every spring roll, thereby achieving product standardization.
3. Automatic Rolling and Forming Stage: Through an intelligent mechanical structure, the system automatically executes the placement of the wrapper, positioning of the filling, edge folding, and final rolling and forming. The tightness of the roll can be freely adjusted to suit specific needs. The resulting spring rolls feature a neat, uniform appearance and consistent size, free from defects such as exposed filling or loose rolls, thereby meeting the highest standards for food processing hygiene and aesthetics.
4. Cutting and Conveying Stage: The formed spring rolls pass through a precision cutting device, where they are automatically cut to a preset length (10–18 cm) with clean, burr-free edges. Subsequently, a food-grade conveyor belt transports the finished spring rolls to the next stage of processing (e.g., freezing, packaging, etc.). The conveyor speed can be synchronized with downstream equipment to facilitate a seamless, closed-loop production line.
