1.Product introduction of Supercritical Fluid Extraction System:
CO₂ supercritical extraction is a green and efficient technology that uses carbon dioxide in its supercritical state (between gas and liquid) to extract valuable compounds from raw materials. Extracting high-purity essential oils, plant compounds, and bioactive ingredients without the use of harmful solvents. It ensures clean, solvent-free extracts with excellent purity and bioactivity retention. Designed for efficiency, safety, and precision, it is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and nutraceuticals.

2.Technical Parameters of Supercritical Fluid Extraction System:
The size of the supercritical extraction equipment is determined by the volume of the extraction kettle; it can be configured according to customer needs, such as experimental 1L, 2L, 5L, 5L+1L, etc., experimental medium-sized 10L single extraction kettle, 20L (10L+10L), 24L single extraction kettle, etc.
Below, the standard configuration of 5L supercritical CO2 extraction equipment (WM-SFE120-50-05L) is used as an example for customers to understand the equipment configuration: (Additional configurations can be selected according to customer needs; such as PLC system, gaseous CO2 recovery system, etc.)
