This machine is servo-motor driven, ensuring simple commissioning, precise operation, and a long service life. It completes box forming without any glue, relying entirely on a mechanical lock bottom and tuck end structure to firmly lock the carton base, forming a stable and sealed box body. 

The equipment automatically completes feeding, folding, and forming, is compatible with common carton specifications, greatly improves manual box-forming efficiency, and reduces labor costs — suitable for both small-batch multi-variety production and stable mass production.

Carton size change takes only 3–10 minutes by manual adjustment. It includes a carton-missing alarm function, and the carton magazine height is 500 mm (depending on carton thickness) with timely replenishment for continuous production.

Equipped with a touch screen control panel, speed and specifications can be adjusted quickly. The mechanical structure is simple and easy to maintain, with a low failure rate and stable operation; operators can start quickly without professional training. 

 It can make coated paper, kraft paper, and cardboard, and is widely used in food packaging, gift boxes, daily necessities, electronics, toys, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
