1.Product introduction of Cocoa Bean Peeling Machine :
The cocoa bean peeling machine is a popular product developed by our factory according to the market demand. Its main features are that the processed cocoa beans are evenly broken and cleanly sorted, and all indicators meet national standards.
This machine is composed of peeling rollers, fans, and specific gravity sorting parts. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, and is safe and reliable.
Working principle: Cocoa beans are fed evenly into the hopper first, and the peeling rollers are used to roll and peel the beans. Then the ventilator uses wind power to suck the peeled skins to the outside of the machine for storage. The peeled cocoa beans are discharged through the material port. By adjusting the wind force and the peeling gap size, the peeling and kernel separation can be achieved.
The peeling and kernel separation machine is composed of peeling rollers, fans, screening and sorting parts. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, safety and reliability.
Working principle: Cocoa beans are fed evenly into the hopper first, peeled by the peeling rollers, and then fall to the vibrating screen to screen different particle sizes. The wind of the fan sucks the peeled skins of different sizes to the outside of the machine for storage. The peeled cocoa beans are discharged through the material port. By adjusting the wind force and the peeling gap size, the peeling and kernel separation can be achieved.
