1.Complet 150L Cheese Production Line Product introduction:
Yogurt and Cheese Production Line is consisted of these following machines:
1: Receiving Tank, this is used to receive raw material
2: Cooling Tank. Used to Storage
3:Preheating Tank: used to heat the milk pumped from storage tank so that it take less time when it is homogenized.
4:Homogenizer: This machine causes a series of changes in the material, chemistry, and structural nature of the material, and finally achieves the effect of the average quality
5: Pasteurization and Fermentation Tank: used to sterilize the milk , can get the pasteurized milk or can pump the milk into the fermentation tank
6:Cheese Tank : for curdling/cutting
7:molding: to form cheese.
7:Pump:used to transfer the milk from one tank to another
8:pipes, valves etc,filter: used to connect the machines
