1.Product introduction of Continuous Roll Vacuum Packaging Machine:
1. The conveyor belt method can be used for continuous packaging, which can increase production quantity and save a lot of manpower and time.
2. The front and rear sections can be connected to automatic conveying equipment to cooperate with the whole factory design of automated process operation.
3. The whole machine can be tilted at four angles. When there are items with more water or soup in the packaging bag, the angle of the conveying table can be adjusted to prevent the water or soup in the packaging bag from overflowing. It is suitable for various products.
4. The PLC automatic control system is adopted, and the screen is independently displayed, which is easy to read.
5. The heating rod uses water cooling, the sealing quality is good, and the sealing temperature is more stable
6. High-quality stainless steel plates are used, which are durable and easy to clean.
7. The bowl ABS brake system is adopted, and the positioning of each station is accurate and stable.
8. The special valve form is adopted, which has a long service life, unobstructed air path, and improved vacuum.
