1: Product Description of Egg Breaking Machine
The equipment has a large output, which can process 8000-10000 fresh eggs per hour.
The equipment is small in size, occupies a small area, does not require a large workshop, and requires little investment in construction capital.
Compared with the same yield BK type egg cracker, this equipment is cheaper and less investment.
It adopts special centrifugal mechanism design, all materials are 304 stainless steel, and the user-friendly design is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and easy to clean.
This equipment uses a slit screen structure, which has a higher mechanical strength than flat screens, is not easy to damage, and is not easy to block. The filtration of the egg liquid is better and there are no particulate impurities. The eggshell is automatically lifted by the vertical torsion cage and discharged from the eggshell discharge port. In this way, only a small amount of egg liquid remains in the shell, which greatly improves the collection rate of egg liquid. At the same time, because the eggshell is crushed, the volume is reduced and the discharge is reduced.
