Process technology and main equipment configuration:
This workshop adopts internationally common advanced technology, and all equipments are mature equipments of our company. This set of equipments has mature technology, simple operation and low investment.
Basic production process of Avocado Paste Production Line:
1. Cleaning: Select high-quality avocados, pick out the rotten and unripe ones, wash and dry them. Mechanical methods can be used, and small production is generally done by hand selection to reduce costs.
2. Avocado pulp extractor: Generally, small production is done by manual peeling and pitting to reduce costs; large-scale production uses special machinery to remove the pits and skins to obtain pulp, saving labor and improving efficiency.
3. Fusion machine: The fusion step is indispensable after the avocado is crushed. Usually, the fusion time is within 30-50 minutes. If the time is too long, it will make it more difficult to separate the oil and water. There is a spiral stirring device in the fusion box to blend at a slow speed (30rpm, etc.). The equipment here is controlled by PLC and consists of 2 fusion boxes with a volume of 1.0m3. There is a spiral feeding pipe on the top. The user can visually observe the fusion box and freely control the crushed avocado to be added to any fusion box.
Another important thing about fusion is the control of water temperature. The water temperature and water volume (flow meter) added determine the quality of avocado oil and the oil production ratio. The temperature here is 35-38 degrees constant temperature system automatic control. At the same time, many equipments use avocado oil residue as fuel to heat water (environmental protection).
4. Fruit residue separator: centrifugal separation equipment is used. Three-phase water is added here to improve the separation capacity. The amount of water added is also an important influencing factor. Electronic prevention technology is used to prevent damage to the equipment caused by overload and sudden shutdown.
