1.Introduction of Cosmetic Cotton Pad Making Machine:
1.Cosmetic cotton pad making machine Adopting a consistent operation method, the raw materials are automatically conveyed, embossing rolled and cut, automatically counted, arranged and the waste is discharged fully automatically.
2.Cosmetic cotton pad making machine adopts a mechanical pressing and conveying device, the conveying and discharging are stable and tidy, and the one-out four (diameter 57mm/customized) round special hob forming mold is composed, which minimizes the loss of raw materials, reduces product costs, and relatively improves product efficiency.
3.The machine is made of international high-quality steel, and the hob molds are made of imported high-quality special materials, which are durable, accurate in cutting, free of burrs, and high in product precision.
4. The Cosmetic cotton pad making machine is equipped with a pressing and conveying control device, and is equipped with an automatic waste material receiving device. The main bearings are imported brands.
5.Cosmetic cotton pad making machine is automatic counting device, and the width of the coil material depends on the product and the size of the equipment mold.
