1:Product Description of Sausage Peeler Machine
This sausage peeling machine is specifically designed for efficiently cutting and removing plastic casings from sausages. It is ideal for hot dogs, frankfurters, and other sausage products that use inedible synthetic or plastic casings, delivering clean, casing-free sausages ready for packaging or further processing.

Automatic cutting & peeling – Integrated cutting mechanism scores the casing,
while pneumatic grippers remove it in one continuous motion
Pneumatic drive system – Air-powered operation ensures stable, consistent peeling force with minimal maintenance
Specialized for plastic casings – Effectively cuts and strips polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), and other plastic casings without damaging the sausage meat
Clean & hygienic – Food-grade stainless steel construction, easy to disassemble
and sanitize
Adjustable settings – Peeling speed and cutting depth can be fine-tuned to accommodate
different casing thicknesses and sausage diameters
