1.Product introduction of Sesame Seeds Hulling Machine ：
Sesame Seeds Hulling Machine is a vertical structure, the internal space can be fully utilized, small size, simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy to operate, and low maintenance rate. It adopts a composite agitator, which can produce axial diversion, radial diversion and annular diversion; the material is fully turned over without dead corners. The use of the composite agitator shortens the time of soaking, peeling and separation of sesame, improves production efficiency and product yield, and improves product quality.
Working principle: Working principle of soaking process
Soak sesame seeds in hot water with a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the composite agitator, the material circulates up and down, and the sesame seeds and the soaking liquid are mixed evenly and fully.
Working principle of peeling process: The mutual friction between the agitator and sesame seeds and between sesame seeds is used to separate the sesame skin from the kernel, thereby achieving the purpose of sesame peeling.
Working principle of skin-kernel separation process: The interception effect of the separator is used to discharge the sesame skin through the separator, while the sesame kernel is intercepted, thereby achieving the purpose of sesame skin-kernel separation.
