1.Product introduction of Shoe Box Machine:
The fully automatic box gluing machine (shoe box machine) is a new generation of box gluing machine developed by introducing advanced foreign technology. It is a professional box gluing equipment for various box boxes such as shoe boxes and shirt boxes. It has the advantages of obvious gluing lines, high production efficiency and convenient operation. It is a new ideal equipment for mass production.
1. It has obvious glue lines and neat automatic folding. The full set of drawings and main accessories are from Taiwan.
2. The fully automatic shoe box gluing machine is composed of automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing, spring conveying, automatic folding, 90° rotation conveying, etc. It is equipped with two gear reduction motors and a frequency conversion control system. Frequency conversion speed regulation is performed within a wide speed range.
3. This machine is a new ideal machine that currently replaces manual box gluing, reduces labor intensity, improves efficiency, and mass production.
4. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, convenient use, stepless speed regulation, automatic quantity control, low power consumption, and high daily output.
5. Frequency conversion speed regulation saves electricity and greatly reduces production costs. The performance is more stable and the speed is controlled according to the proficiency of the employees.
6. Automatic counting accurately checks the production of the class.
7. Stainless steel gluing wheel is extremely easy to clean. Rubber pressure wheel ensures that there is no trace of the paper box.
8. The heating fire is divided into electric heating and gas, which can be selected by users.
