1.Introduction of Frozen Meat Cutting Machine:
This machine is used to cut large frozen meat block into small cubes, professional frozen meat cutting machine;
After cutting, frozen meat block is easy for mincing and chopping, so as to do further processing of meat foods;
It is powerful and strong, cutting large cold frozen meat block into cubes, frozen meat block temperature could be -24 to -18 degree;
And final meat cube size could be 15-60mm,with fast cutting speed and big capacity.
The whole machine of frozen meat cutting machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
1. Each piece of frozen meat of 700×520×100 (mm) with a temperature of -24℃～-18℃, 2.5-25kg, can be directly cut into blocks or slices within one minute, which is the front process of chopping machine and meat grinder.
2. The use of this machine can avoid pollution and loss of nutrients during the slowing process, and ensure the freshness of the meat. It can also save the ice refrigeration process and reduce the user's refrigeration costs.
3. Equipped with automatic protection device.
4. It has a raw meat operation platform, which is convenient and labor-saving. The slideway and the raw meat are not in the same area, and there will be no pollution of the raw materials.
5. It adopts an integral welded structure, which is shockproof, low noise, stable machine and good performance.
6. It can be equipped with a standard material cart, and there will be no splashing when slicing.
